Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required on booking and the remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to arriving.

There is a £65 cleaning fee per stay

Cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival date will not be refunded unless I can re book your dates.

The Cottage is no smoking, Dogs are catered for please inquire.

Entry is available from 4pm Vacating the premises by 10am on the day of departure. 

Mid week off season Breaks are available please call for rates
