Our charming cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a uniquely flexible layout, boasting 3 spacious bathrooms and 3 bedrooms equipped with premium zip-and-link beds (configurable as either Super King or Twin setups). We are proudly pet, child, and disabled-friendly, ensuring every member of the family can unwind in complete comfort

• Wheelchair Friendly: Includes a ground-floor bedroom and a dedicated walk-in wet room Shower chair available.

• Family Ready: Highchair, travel cot, and safety gates are provided as standard.

• Dog Friendly: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (please enquire). Bedding, bowls, towels, and a first aid kit for pets are provided.

• Accessibility First: Thoughtfully designed with a ground-floor bedroom and an adjacent, dedicated walk-in wet room/drying room. A shower chair is available upon request, providing step-free independence.

• The Cosy Heart of the Home: Relax in our expansive lounge featuring a traditional wood-burning stove for chilly Highland nights, or enjoy family meals in our bright bay window dining area that comfortably seats 6.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen & Utility: Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, plus a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and traditional clothes pulley.

• The Great Outdoors: Step through the lounge's patio doors into a large, secure, and fully fenced garden (lowest point 1.4m) with closed driveway gates. Take in panoramic views of Daviot Church and watch for wild deer, Buzzards, and Red Kites before lighting up the outdoor wood-burning chiminea for spectacular sunset stargazing.

• Family & Dog Ready: Highchairs, travel cots, and safety gates are provided as standard. We warmly welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs and provide complimentary pet bedding, bowls, towels, and a dedicated pet first-aid kit.

🐾 Important Dog Rules

To keep the cottage pristine for all guests, we kindly ask:

1. Enquire first: Please let us know if you're bringing up to 2 dogs.

2. No Solo Dogs: Pets must not be left alone in the cottage (crates are available if needed).

3. Clean Paws: Use the utility wet room to dry dogs before they enter the main house.

4. Garden Etiquette: Please pick up all dog mess from the garden and surrounding areas.
